Ginny and Greg are in love, but Ginny has been having an affair with her much older boss, Philip. She wishes to break off the affair so that she can commit to Greg, but Philip is making it difficult. She decides to visit him at home to confront him, but tells Greg she is visiting her parents. Greg follows her, but catches an earlier train and arrives before her. He mistakes Sheila for Ginny’s mother and hilarity and confusion reign throughout the Sunday afternoon in Philip and Sheila’s garden.
