AKS proudly presents Les Misérables School Edition, an inspiring production of one of the world’s most loved musicals. Set in 19th-century France, Victor Hugo’s timeless story follows Jean Valjean, a man seeking redemption after years of imprisonment, and his lifelong struggle for freedom as he is pursued by the unyielding Inspector Javert.

Their story weaves through the lives of the desperate and the hopeful, Fantine and her daughter Cosette, the idealistic Marius and a band of young revolutionaries standing up for justice on the barricades.

Featuring unforgettable songs such as “I Dreamed a Dream,” “On My Own,” “Bring Him Home,” and “Do You Hear the People Sing?”, this production showcases the passion, energy and talent of our senior students as they bring this powerful tale of love, loss and courage to the stage.
