Lowther Member
Kickstarting our new membership scheme, this level provides you with:

Our second tier offers more benefits for your money! This level includes all the benefits of Lowther Member, plus:

Frequently Asked Questions
You can become a Lowther Member in three ways:
In person – visit our Box Office and purchase your membership there.
Online – purchase a membership by selecting the relevant one above.
Phone – purchase a membership by speaking to a member of our team over the phone on 01253 794221.
Please note: our Box Office is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm.
No. This is an in-house scheme with different benefits.
If you would like a more hands-on role in supporting our venue, you can become a Friend of Lowther by visiting the Friends of Lowther page.
The Friends are a separate Charity.
All memberships last for a 12 month period.
Discounts are on selected shows. Please see our What’s On page and look for the discount banner.
Lowther Member benefits are exclusive to you, as the member. Guests do not receive any discounts and would need to purchase their own membership.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our Box Office system, you cannot change your membership after purchase. If you’d like to upgrade from Member to Member Plus, you would need to buy a new membership.
Yes! To gift a membership you need to buy it as you would one of our Gift Vouchers. Simply select the membership you’d like to gift from the dropdown list.

Yes, you will be able to collect a membership card from our Box Office within 7 days of membership purchase.
Membership sales are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
