Accessibility is important. We want to make sure as many people are able to experience live entertainment as possible.
Wheelchair spaces
Wheelchair spaces are available in the auditorium. These are conveniently located on rows GG, HH and JJ near the entrance, exit and accessible toilets. Maximum wheelchair size 80cm x 85cm. Please contact us if you have a larger chair requirement and we will endeavour to assist.
Blue Badge Parking
A limited number of car parking spaces are available on our on-site. Standard parking charges apply.
Assistance dogs
Registered guide dogs are welcome in our building and auditorium.
Companion/Carer Tickets
One free companion ticket is available for customers with a valid Access Card. Currently, Access Cards can only be used to book tickets over the phone or in-person at box office.
Access Card is a universal access registration scheme to support you to communicate your evidenced access requirements across thousands of providers in the UK and beyond. Access Card is managed by an external organisation.
Access Cards are valid for three years and currently cost £15*.
