We’re thrilled to announce, that we’re launching a design competition for artwork to become part of the finished design for the brand-new The Windmill Performance & Education Centre, set to open in April 2025.
This new space will be home to live music, comedy, community choirs, arts groups, youth theatres, dance projects, workshops and education classes, writing, reading sessions, cinema and more.
The winning design must be an original interpretation of the types of events and projects that will make up the programme of this space.

Prize
£750, plus your design laser cut onto the outside for the building.
Deadline
Friday 31 January 2025 at 12pm.
Judging
Will take place on Monday 3 February 2025 by representatives of the Lowther Trust, Creative SPARC Architects and our CEO/Artistic Director.

Please ensure there is no use of AI, and that any and all fonts and assets are available for commercial use. Please keep in mind that the winning design must transferable to the metal gate via laser cutting.
