Lytham St Annes, UK — The Lowther Pavilion Theatre & Gardens is proud to announce the launch of the Lowther Access Bursary, a new initiative designed to ensure that young people from all backgrounds can benefit from the venue’s growing programme of creative workshops and development classes.
The bursary scheme offers free places (or subsidised ones) to selected young people, giving them the opportunity to take part in a range of sessions that nurture creativity, build practical skills, and enhance social development in a supportive and professional environment.
“We believe that every young person deserves the chance to explore their creative potential, regardless of financial circumstances,” said Tim Lince, Lowther’s CEO/Artistic Director. “This bursary is about removing barriers and opening the door to new possibilities in the arts.”
The Lowther Access Bursary reflects the theatre’s commitment to inclusion and community engagement and aims to make its creative programme accessible to a wider audience.
Applications are welcome throughout the year, with decisions being made on an individual basis by an independent adjudicator.
To get a copy of the application, please visit click here or ask for a printed copy at our Box Office (Monday – Sunday, 10am to 4pm).
